These terms apply when you buy from Sample Glaze (Damao Tech LLC) through this website. By placing an order, you agree to them. Custom pieces arranged by email aren’t covered by these terms.
Our products
Our pieces are handmade. Colors, glaze effects, sizes and finishes vary, and photos are a close guide rather than an exact match. Pieces are made to order, so yours will differ a little from the one photographed.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and don’t include sales tax. Sales tax, where it applies, and any shipping charge are shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
Your order
Your order is confirmed when your payment goes through. If we can’t fulfill an order, for example because of a pricing error, we’ll tell you and refund you in full.

Using this website
Please don’t misuse the site, for example by trying to break into it or interfere with it, or by copying our photos and text without permission.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This doesn’t limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or under any law that can’t be limited by agreement, including consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
