Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the contiguous United States. We don’t ship to Alaska or Hawaii, US territories, overseas military (APO/FPO) addresses, or internationally, yet. Military bases in the contiguous US are fine. If an order is placed to one of those addresses, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full.
When your order ships
Pieces are made to order and ship within 7 to 14 business days. We’ll email you a tracking number when your order ships. If we can’t ship it in time, we’ll email you a new date, and you can cancel for a full refund.
Shipping costs
Shipping is a flat $9.99 per order, and free when your items come to $79 or more. The checkout page shows the shipping charge before you pay.
Your address
You enter your shipping address on the secure checkout page. Please check it carefully: we ship to the address you give us. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we’ll fix it if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
