This policy explains what Sample Glaze (Damao Tech LLC) collects when you visit or buy from this website, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- When you buy something. Our payment provider, Stripe, collects your name, email address, shipping address and card details on its secure checkout page. Stripe shares your name, email, shipping address and what you ordered with us, so we can send your order and contact you about it. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you email us, for example about a custom order, we receive whatever you choose to include.
- Your cart is saved in your own browser so it’s still there when you come back. It isn’t sent to us until you check out.
- Technical logs. Like most websites, our server keeps technical logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for 30 days to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
We use it to process and ship your order, answer your questions, keep the records our accountants and tax authorities require, and protect the site against fraud and abuse. We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Stripe processes payments. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
- Amazon Web Services hosts this website and stores our order records and backups.
- Google (Gmail) hosts our email and sends our order and refund emails, so it holds the messages we exchange with you.
- Shipping carriers receive your name and address when we ship your order.
Cookies
We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe’s checkout page uses cookies to help prevent fraud.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for 7 years for tax and accounting, then delete them.
Your choices
Email us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. We’ll keep only what the law requires us to.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
